Guided by our mission to "create a society where everyone is fairly evaluated and rewarded through the fusion of human creativity and technology," we promote DX in the real estate industry through both IT-powered information dissemination and operational efficiency. By leveraging cloud technology and distributed organizational design, we have built a system where abilities are fairly evaluated regardless of location, age, or life stage.

We have fully digitized and contactless-enabled all operations, achieving a BCP-ready "distributed operation" through our 24-hour call center and local partner network. Response histories, inspection records, and contract information are synced in real time, streamlining, visualizing, and standardizing owner and tenant interactions. We have also implemented a rent appraisal system powered by over 10 billion data points and advanced AI technology, supporting data-driven real estate operations.

We have evolved our real estate media "the real estate information platform" into a comprehensive real estate information platform (app.ina-gr.com). The platform consists of three services: "INA Wealth Vision" providing real estate investment and asset management insights for investors, "Associates" where CEO Daisuke Inazawa shares his philosophy on people and management, and "INA Network" aggregating industry networks and information to deliver valuable content to everyone involved in real estate."Town Map" and relaunched it as the Real Estate Information Platform (app.ina-gr.com). It comprises three services: "INA Wealth Vision," delivering real estate and asset management insights for investors; "Associates," where CEO Daisuke Inazawa shares his philosophy on people and management; and "INA Network," aggregating industry networks and information—providing valuable content for everyone involved in real estate.

We provide "INA WEB," a website building service for real estate companies. Combining real estate industry-specific design templates with property management systems, we build high-traffic websites in a short timeframe. The service has been adopted by numerous real estate companies.

We take a hybrid approach to operational efficiency: actively adopting excellent third-party SaaS products while developing business-specific tools in-house. This includes centralizing case management with the CRM tool "Forest," streamlining property viewings with the key management tool "Key Station," and expanding listing channels by linking our property listing site with the real estate information platform. We select the optimal solution for each need while driving technology-powered operational improvements.

We maintain a flexible development team with in-house engineering expertise, free from dependence on external vendors. We develop and operate all proprietary products—including our real estate information platform and INA WEB—entirely in-house. By actively incorporating AI technology into our development processes, we efficiently produce high-quality products. We remain proactive in adopting new technologies, constantly pursuing optimal solutions for real estate industry challenges.
