INA&Associates Inc. (hereinafter, "the Company"), guided by our philosophy of "Caring for people, creating the future," is entrusted with our clients' valued assets and the trust placed in us. Information is one of the most important assets that give form to that trust. The Company regards protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our clients, as well as our own information assets, from every threat—including accidents, disasters, and crime—as a management responsibility, and the entire Company works to ensure information security in accordance with the following policy.

1. Responsibility of Management

The Company positions information security as a key management priority and, under the leadership of its management, works to improve and enhance it in an organized and continuous manner.

2. Establishment of Internal Structure

The Company establishes a management structure to maintain and improve information security, defines the necessary measures as formal internal regulations, and operates them reliably.

3. Practice by Our People

The Company encourages all of its people to acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security, and fosters a corporate culture in which each individual puts measures into practice with a high level of awareness.

4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Company complies with the laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and sincerely meets the expectations of our clients and society.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents

In the unlikely event that a violation or incident related to information security occurs, the Company responds promptly and appropriately, investigates the cause, and strives to prevent recurrence.
