Against the backdrop of a maturing domestic real estate market and growing interest in international diversification, we operate an overseas real estate investment and development support business. Leveraging expertise cultivated through domestic real estate operations and strong networks with local partners, we provide total support for our clients' overseas real estate investments.

Target Areas & Projects

We handle real estate development and investment projects in the UAE (Dubai) and Southeast Asian regions including the Philippines (Cebu and Palawan). In Dubai, we focus on luxury residences and offshore investment projects, while in Southeast Asia we offer a diverse range of opportunities including resort development, condominium investment, and commercial facility development. We are also considering expansion into other Asian countries such as Vietnam and Thailand.
