Asset Analysis & Portfolio Optimization

We evaluate the current state of held real estate assets and diagnose overall portfolio balance from the perspectives of profitability, safety, and liquidity. Through multi-faceted analysis of area, property type, building age, remaining debt, and more, we propose specific plans when asset rebalancing (combining sales and new acquisitions) or restructuring is needed. We also provide asset management services for managing multiple properties as a comprehensive portfolio.
