INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for a Unit at "Relion Itabashi Premium Court"

Overview

INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at Relion Itabashi Premium Court, located in Miyamoto-cho, Itabashi Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 September 2026.

Background

Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.

In a building of 47 units, attention to the fixtures inside the exclusive-use area and to the building rules that govern shared facilities both matter. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and take care over reporting to the owner and day-to-day enquiries.

What Our Management Service Covers

Through our rental management service NOCOS, we provide:

  • A flat management fee per unit
  • AI-assisted rent assessment
  • Leasing strategy focused on occupancy
  • Paperless record-keeping and reporting
  • Transparent handling of repair work, with clear scopes and estimates

432 units under management (including parking spaces) and an occupancy rate of 99.1% (as of June 2026, NOCOS internal figures).

Property Overview

  • Property: Relion Itabashi Premium Court
  • Location: 60-9 Miyamoto-cho, Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, Japan
  • Property type: Condominium (management of an individual unit)
  • Structure: Reinforced concrete, 5 storeys above ground
  • Total units: 47 (entire building)
  • Completion: November 2007
  • Contractor: Goda Komuten

Access

  • 6-minute walk from Motohasunuma Station (Toei Mita Line)
  • 10-minute walk from Itabashi-honcho Station (Toei Mita Line)

The total unit count and other figures describe the building as a whole; our appointment covers the rental management of one unit.

Miyamoto-cho is a district in the east of Itabashi Ward, with no chome subdivisions. It is mainly residential. National Route 17 (Nakasendo) runs along its eastern edge. There is no station in the district; Motohasunuma and Itabashi-honcho on the Toei Mita Line are available.

Our Stance

We place greater weight on the quality of management for each unit than on the number of units under management. Conscious of the responsibility of looking after an owner's asset, we work to maintain the fixtures and to keep tenant relations running smoothly.

We welcome enquiries about rental management, or about reviewing an existing management company, for condominium units in Miyamoto-cho and elsewhere in Itabashi Ward.
