Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at Mansion Koishikawa, located in Koishikawa, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 September 2026.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.
In a building of 37 units, attention to the fixtures inside the exclusive-use area and to the building rules that govern shared facilities both matter. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and take care over reporting to the owner and day-to-day enquiries.
What Our Management Service Covers
Through our rental management service NOCOS, we provide:
- A flat management fee per unit
- AI-assisted rent assessment
- Leasing strategy focused on occupancy
- Paperless record-keeping and reporting
- Transparent handling of repair work, with clear scopes and estimates
432 units under management (including parking spaces) and an occupancy rate of 99.1% (as of June 2026, NOCOS internal figures).

Koishikawa lies in the centre of Bunkyo Ward and is divided into 1-chome through 5-chome. Kasuga adjoins it to the south. The name comes from the Yabahagawa, a stream that once ran south through the area and was called Koishikawa. Kasuga Station on the Toei Mita and Oedo Lines and Korakuen Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi and Namboku Lines are available.
Our Stance
We place greater weight on the quality of management for each unit than on the number of units under management. Conscious of the responsibility of looking after an owner's asset, we work to maintain the fixtures and to keep tenant relations running smoothly.
We welcome enquiries about rental management, or about reviewing an existing management company, for condominium units in Koishikawa and elsewhere in Bunkyo Ward.
