INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for the Entire "Grand Court Oshiage" Building
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed to manage the entire Grand Court Oshiage apartment building, a newly completed rental building in Oshiage, Sumida Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 September 2026.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including entire apartment buildings, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with management of the whole building, completed in August 2026.
In a newly completed building, checking fixtures as residents move in and keeping sight of the common areas both matter. We connect day-to-day resident support with upkeep of the building as a whole and keep the owner informed about necessary action.
