INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for the Entire "Realize Maebashi Chuo" Building
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed to manage the entire Realize Maebashi Chuo apartment building in Sumiyoshi-cho, Maebashi, Gunma. Management began on 1 August 2026.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including entire apartment buildings, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with management of the whole building.
In a building of 36 units, attention to the fixtures inside each exclusive-use area and to the condition of the shared parts both matter. We connect day-to-day resident support with upkeep of the building as a whole and keep the owner informed about necessary action.
