INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for the Entire "Grand Court Oji" Building
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed to manage the entire Grand Court Oji apartment building, a newly completed rental building in Toshima, Kita Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 October 2025.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including entire apartment buildings, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with management of the whole building, completed in September 2025.
In a newly completed building, checking fixtures as residents move in and keeping sight of the common areas both matter. We connect day-to-day resident support with upkeep of the building as a whole and keep the owner informed about necessary action.

Through our rental management service NOCOS, we provide:

We place greater weight on the quality of management for each building than on the number of units under management. We support day-to-day rental operations through upkeep of common areas and equipment, responsive resident support and clear reporting to the owner.
