INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for three condominium units at Park Homes Minami-Azabu The Residence, located in Minami-Azabu, Minato Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 September 2025.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of three units in the same building.
In a building of 336 units, attention to the fixtures inside each exclusive-use area and to the building rules that govern shared facilities both matter. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and take care over reporting to the owner and day-to-day enquiries.
