INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at BRANZ Azabu-Mamianacho, located in Azabu-Mamianacho, Minato Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 September 2025.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.
In a building of 140 units, attention to the fixtures inside the exclusive-use area and to the building rules that govern shared facilities both matter. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and take care over reporting to the owner and day-to-day enquiries.
