INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for a Detached House in Higashiyama, Meguro
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed to manage a detached house in Higashiyama, Meguro Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 August 2025.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including detached houses, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a house in Higashiyama, Meguro Ward.
For a detached house, upkeep has to match the condition of that building and its fixtures. We follow the property individually, respond to resident enquiries, coordinate necessary repairs and report to the owner.
Higashiyama is a residential district in the western part of Meguro Ward. Nakameguro Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line serves the area, and Ikejiri-ohashi Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line is also available.
