INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for a Unit at "The Parkhouse Shinjuku-Kashiwagi"
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at The Parkhouse Shinjuku-Kashiwagi, located in Kita-Shinjuku, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 May 2025.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.
In a 61-unit building made up of View Court, South Court and Private Court, attention to the fixtures inside the exclusive-use area and to the building rules that govern shared facilities both matter. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and take care over reporting to the owner and day-to-day enquiries.

Kita-Shinjuku 3-chome is a residential part of Shinjuku once known as Kashiwagi. Okubo Station on the JR Chuo/Sobu Local Line and Shin-Okubo Station on the Yamanote Line are both available, and Shinjuku Station is one stop away on either line. Olympic Kita-Shinjuku is in the same 3-chome, so everyday shopping is close at hand.
