INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for the Entire "Sancerre Kita-Otsuka" Building
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed to manage the entire Sancerre Kita-Otsuka apartment building, a newly completed rental building in Kita-Otsuka, Toshima Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 April 2025.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including entire apartment buildings, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with management of the whole building, completed in March 2025.
In a newly completed building, checking fixtures as residents move in and keeping sight of the common areas both matter. Even in a four-storey building without a lift, we connect day-to-day resident support with upkeep of the building as a whole and keep the owner informed about necessary action.

The building is served by propane gas and the municipal water supply and has terrestrial television reception and auto-lock entry. There is no lift.
Kita-Otsuka 1-chome sits on the north side of Otsuka Station, with direct Yamanote Line service towards Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. Shops gather around the north exit, and Yoshiya Otsuka is in Kita-Otsuka as well.
Our Stance
We place greater weight on the quality of management for each building than on the number of units under management. We support day-to-day rental operations through upkeep of common areas and equipment, responsive resident support and clear reporting to the owner.
