INA&Associates Appointed as Property Manager for a Unit at "Voga Corte Sasazuka Asile Court"
Overview
INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at Voga Corte Sasazuka Asile Court, located in Sasazuka, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 1 September 2024.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.
Managing a unit within a condominium calls for prompt attention to the fixtures inside the unit and for tenant support that respects the building's management rules and the terms of use for shared facilities. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and handle owner reporting and day-to-day enquiries with care.
What Our Management Service Covers
Through our rental management service NOCOS, we provide:
- A flat management fee per unit
- AI-assisted rent assessment
- Leasing strategy focused on occupancy
- Paperless record-keeping and reporting
- Transparent handling of repair work, with clear scopes and estimates
432 units under management (including parking spaces) and an occupancy rate of 99.1% (as of June 2026, NOCOS internal figures).

Sasazuka is a residential area with a shopping street and commercial facilities around Sasazuka Station on the Keio Line. Trains run through to Shinjuku on the Keio New Line, and while Koshu-kaido and Suido-doro pass through the district, the streets away from the station are notably calmer.
Our Stance
We place greater weight on the quality of management for each unit than on the number of units under management. Conscious of the responsibility of looking after an owner's asset, we work to maintain the fixtures and to keep tenant relations running smoothly.
We welcome enquiries about rental management, or about reviewing an existing management company, for condominium units in Sasazuka and elsewhere in Shibuya Ward.
