INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at Open Residence Mejiro, located in Mejiro, Toshima Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 30 August 2024.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.
In a low-rise building with a limited number of units, the condition of the shared areas and prompt attention to the fixtures inside each unit bear directly on tenant satisfaction. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and handle owner reporting and day-to-day enquiries with care.
