INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has been appointed as the property manager for a condominium unit at Precis Higashi-Azabu, located in Higashi-Azabu, Minato Ward, Tokyo. Management began on 24 May 2024.
Background
Through the management of rental properties, including individual condominium units, the Company supports owners in running their rental businesses. In this case the owner entrusted us with the management of a single unit.
For condominium units in central Tokyo, the rental business turns on how well leasing is prepared for tenant turnover and how quickly fixtures inside the unit are attended to. We coordinate with the building's management company as needed and handle owner reporting and day-to-day enquiries with care.
