INA&Associates, Inc., a provider of IT-enabled rental property management headquartered in Nishi Ward, Osaka, began managing the entire Pianeta Azabu-Juban apartment building in Roppongi, Minato, Tokyo, on October 1, 2023.
Background
The owner entrusted us with management of the entire apartment building, completed in 2017. Our approach connects resident support with upkeep of common areas and building equipment, while keeping the owner informed about necessary action.
