INA&Associates, Inc., a provider of IT-enabled rental property management headquartered in Nishi Ward, Osaka, began managing the entire T’s Garden Sendagaya apartment building in Sendagaya, Shibuya, Tokyo, on March 1, 2022.
Background
The owner entrusted us with management of the entire apartment building, completed in March 1994. Our approach connects resident support with upkeep of common areas and building equipment, while keeping the owner informed about necessary action.
