Background

Our company operates rental brokerage services including Town Map, rental property management, investment property sales brokerage and consulting for high-net-worth individuals, and website construction and web consulting services for businesses. In our rental property management business, which officially launched on July 1, 2021, we have grown to manage over 100 units in less than six months.

As our managed portfolio expanded, one of the most common requests from property owners has been "shortening vacancy periods." Achieving stable rental management requires strong tenant recruitment capabilities to quickly secure quality tenants. We have been exploring various service enhancement measures to address this challenge.

Among these, we prioritized the early release of measures to strengthen tenant recruitment capabilities, which is the greatest concern for property owners in rental management. As the first initiative, we integrated our information platform "Town Map" with our managed property rental listing site, promoting our managed property listings to the nearly 10,000 monthly users of "Town Map."

Furthermore, since only properties directly managed by us are listed, we can provide accurate and comprehensive information about property details and surrounding environments, including extensive interior photos and amenity information.
