Background
Le Mont Toile Aoba was originally constructed in 1987 and had been used as a rental apartment building and student dormitory. Over the years, declining rents and functional/social deterioration of facilities due to aging had become challenges. We explored measures to maximize the property value.
After careful consideration, taking into account the rapidly growing telework demand accelerated by the pandemic, changes in people's lifestyles and housing preferences, and diversification of local communities, we carried out a large-scale renovation covering both private units and common areas. To address the needs arising from telework (network quality, floor plans), NURO Hikari high-speed internet was installed in all rooms, and floor plans were designed with dedicated telework spaces.
