Background
Since launch, our websites have provided company and service information, and have been used by many of our clients. Combined with our other operated sites, approximately 20,000 clients were using our services as of December 2020.

This enables our staff to immediately understand a client's inquiry history and areas of interest, providing consistent responses. For clients, this reduces the need to repeat the same information, enabling smoother communication.
