INA&Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Daisuke Inazawa; hereinafter "the Company"), provider of website construction service "INA WEB," is pleased to announce the renewal of its corporate website on December 1, 2020.
Background
Since its launch, our corporate website has provided company and service information, and has been used by many of our clients. Including our other websites, approximately 10,000 clients per month have been utilizing our services.
As our business domain expanded and our service offerings diversified, there was a growing need to refresh the site structure to enable clients to quickly access the information they need.
Purpose of the Renewal
As our company has grown by providing the services our clients need, updates to the site information alongside business expansion had made it difficult for clients to find and access service information.
This renewal was carried out with the purpose of organizing our service information to make it more accessible and relatable for our clients. Specifically, we have improved usability through revisions to the page structure for each service, improved navigation, and refreshed the design.
Renewal Overview
In this renewal, we have organized our business content and service information by category, creating a site structure that allows clients to intuitively find the information they need. We have also adopted a responsive design optimized for viewing on various devices including smartphones and tablets.
Through our website construction service "INA WEB," we also support other companies in entering the web business. However, we first practice the latest web technologies and design methods on our own site and apply the insights gained to enhance our client services.
