Launch of Corporate Real Estate Brokerage Plan on Online Room Search Platform Town Map

Background of the Launch
On November 1, 2020, our company launched the chat-based online room search feature on our real estate media platform "Town Map," actively promoting online room searching. In response to the dramatically changing customer needs driven by COVID-19, we have flexibly adopted various approaches to realize online room searching, which was previously difficult to implement.
The online room search service launched for individual customers has been widely used since its release, with customers expressing feedback such as "It's convenient to search for rooms without visiting a store" and "Communicating via chat allows me to consider options at my own pace."
As part of these initiatives, we have now launched the Corporate Real Estate Brokerage Online Plan in response to corporate requests for COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan (BCP) measures.
Background of the Corporate Real Estate Brokerage Online Plan
Many companies have been providing various housing-related benefits, including company-leased housing programs and partial rent subsidies. However, amid the impact of COVID-19, a considerable number of companies have adopted guidelines to avoid traditional room searching approaches that involve visiting multiple real estate offices.
In particular, for housing arrangements related to employee transfers and new employee assignments, there has been a rapidly growing need for services that can handle room searching online within limited timeframes.
Based on these customer needs, the Corporate Real Estate Brokerage Online Plan has been added as a service lineup of the online room search platform "Town Map Web Branch," which has been available for individual customers since November 1, 2020.

Additionally, the benefit of waived office building brokerage fees based on service usage history allows us to address corporate real estate needs for both housing and office space.
