While our company operates a real estate brokerage business, the real estate industry has traditionally relied on person-to-person information provision for real estate and investment information. Additionally, alongside the implementation of online room search (online customer service), we optimized our business workflows and costs, achieving a brokerage fee of 0.5 months' rent (excluding tax) for all properties. This represents a direct benefit to our clients, made possible by the operational efficiency gains from going online.
