Our Philosophy on Choosing a Home
"A home is something you can re-choose as life changes."
A home isn't something you choose once and live in forever—it should be selected flexibly according to your life stage. As a working parent myself, I'm always thinking about 'what is the optimal home for us right now?'
A home isn't a final destination—what matters is choosing one that fits your current lifestyle.
Why Specialize in Dual-Income and Child-Rearing Households?
"Because I myself think about housing with the premise of moving."
I'm currently a mother of two preschoolers and purchased a pre-owned apartment with the flexibility to relocate as my children grow.
'Moving isn't something special—it's a natural extension of living.' I specialize in this field because I want to spread this way of thinking to many dual-income and child-rearing households.
My Own Experience Choosing a Home
"The current home isn't the best forever—the optimal answer changes."
I currently live in a compact, older apartment in central Tokyo. By letting go of preconceptions like 'bigger is better' or 'new is better,' I feel we were able to make the best choice for our current situation.
That's exactly why I believe flexible home selection is so important.
In Closing
Buying a home isn't the goal—what's important is continuing to choose the optimal home for each life stage.
I hope to support those with these concerns from a realistic perspective. Shall we think together about living for 'now' and the 'future'?
